Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. VLENCE Sports is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Natural disasters
Customs clearance delays (for international orders)
Courier delays outside of our control
 
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@vlencesports.com within 3 days of delivery. We will assist you with claims or replacements where applicable.
